# Missing blocks

If you notice missing blocks in your purchased build, it is likely due to a version mismatch between your world and your Minecraft client. Please create a support ticket, describe the issue, and provide proof of purchase so we can provide you with the correct world download for your version.

**Good to know:** Before requesting support, check the downloaded file. It may already include a version of the map compatible with your server.
